Chika, Kalan.FrFr, Skinnyfromthe9, More – New projects this week

Similar to Drizzy Drake’s wise words, “If you’re reading this, you already know it’s new music on Friday.” And now that it’s the end of the week, that means everyone is getting closer to payday and your favorite rappers have dropped some new music. This week, there’s something for everyone as hip-hop is taking spring by storm.

Resuscitates after the success of the 2019s Industry games, Chika double with Once upon a time. Six-track EP shows 2020 XXL First-year student is back in its element with a mesh of traps and gospel productions. “Fairy Tales” with BJ The Chicago Kid and “Cinderella Pt. 1” brings vibrant energy to the project while “Cinderella Pt. 2” unveils the heart of the fantasy-themed effort. Overall, Once upon a time is proof that whatever bag Chika gets, a successful record is not far behind.

The new signatory of Roc Nation, Kalan.Frfr, abandons the long-awaited follow-up of its 2018 project Twofr. The second installment of the serialized LP is a 13-track album featuring Stunna 4 Vegas, Mozzy and Cypress Moreno. Kalan“Scoring” appears on the album along with “Get In” and “No Love,” which were released before the album came along. The 25-year-old Los Angeles native is not here to perform as he delivers a project filled with his melodic and emotional song / rap that is certainly worth listening to.

Rapper born in Florida and raised in New Jersey Skinny offers his album Love me now as well as. It’s been about two years since the rapper released his last effort, It’s an evil world, which features appearances of elders XXL Freshmen Fetty Wap, Kap G and PnB Rock. However, Skinny released a track last year, “In My Feelings”, with Hitta Castro.

Lil Migo is also among the other rappers who released new music this week. Check out the new seals below.
