According to a report by Daily voice this afternoon, Fivio was arrested after failing to comply with police officers and refused to be taken into custody after letting his 2018 Mercedes Benz drive through a no-parking area as he entered a Citibank on Wednesday April 21 around 7:30 a.m. pm

Fort Lee Police Department Sgt. Howard Ginsburg applied for rapper’s license “Big Drip” as Fivio Abroad approached his car. The rhymer also asked if he got a ticket. However, instead of handing over his license, Fivi ignored the officer and walked away. While Sgt. Ginsburg would have stayed behind the rapper’s moving car, backup agent Gabriel Avella tracked down Fivio a block from where he was arrested by police.

Agent Avella asked Fivio to stop and he “recognized him but ignored him and continued to walk away.” The rapper started running to the modern luxury apartments on Park Avenue in Fort Lee. Avella apprehended Fivi near the apartment parking lot and a loaded .25 caliber pistol fell from the New York native’s belt. The handgun had an altered serial number, which is illegal.

Additional deputy officers arrived and helped stop Fivio Abroad and secure his weapon.

Fivio was examined by Fort Lee EMS for injuries while Constable Avella was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment for a minor injury.

He would have had a scheduled court appearance today at the Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ. He is still in the Bergen County Jail.

Fivio also found himself in legal trouble in New Jersey last October. The rapper spent days behind bars for assaulting his pregnant girlfriend in an apartment complex in Edgewater, NJ

According to Daily voice, the girlfriend accused Fivio of hitting her on the back of the head, kicking her and hitting her with a glass bottle before pushing her into the hallway as she was naked. Fivio claims the girlfriend set him up.

Shortly after news of Fivio’s arrest for assault broke online, he denied harming his pregnant girlfriend.
