Kodak Black delivers air conditioning units to housing project


Kodak Black give back to the region that raised it and help people beat the heat.

On Saturday July 3, the South Florida rapper pulled into his old housing projects, Golden Acres, in a U-Haul truck and delivered around 100 air conditioning units to needy residents. “People who rely on just enough money to survive on projects,” Kodak said in video footage captured from the A / C drive. “We love to give back in any form. I remember growing up in these same projects and stuff. It’s hot right now. The heat will bring a little frustration. Sometimes it pushes people to take action. take people. So now that I’m blessed enough to give back, that’s what I love to do. We’re distributing air conditioning units here, helping to install them and stuff right now. ”

Kodak didn’t just put the money for the units, it got its hands dirty as well. The “Tunnel Vision” rhymer has personally helped deliver a number of units to the cars and homes of his former neighbors. A woman was brought to tears by the gift from Kodak.

Rapper Sniper Gang definitely money to spend and his good deeds do not go unnoticed. Last month, Kodak was honored by his hometown when Broward, Florida County Commissioner Dale Holness declared June 11 Kodak Black Day, in a ceremony at a charity basketball game, citing the rapper’s philanthropic efforts and musical accomplishments.
