MTV Cribs Returns With Big Sean, Rick Ross Episodes And More

Guess who’s back?

It’s been 21 years since its debut, but MTV announced on Wednesday July 14 that it is bringing back its iconic series. Cradles.

The 30-minute series, which gives viewers an inside and outside tour of the lavish homes of various celebrities, is scheduled to return on August 11. Some of the rappers appearing on the program include Big sean and Rick Ross.

“Cribs didn’t just introduce the celebrity genre, it created a model for how we engage on social media,” said Nina L. Diaz, president of content and creative director, MTV Entertainment Group. via A press release. “We are delighted to usher in a new era of this iconic franchise for audiences around the world.”

It’s unclear which house Ross will feature on the show. In March of this year, the Miami bawse paid $ 3.5 million in cash for a beautiful property in the ranching region of Southwest Florida. The house was once owned by former NBA star Amaré Stoudemire.

There is also Rozay $ 10 million mansion in Fayetteville, Georgia. The 54,000 square foot estate was once owned by legendary boxer Evander Holyfield. In June, Ross revealed that he doesn’t hire landscapers to take care of his lawn, instead, he cuts the grass himself.

It’s good to see Cradles returns to television. But true fans of the series might want to know this: will they revisit Red man‘s old cradle?

For those who are not familiar, one of the Cradles‘The most classic episodes are when they visited Redman’s “De La Casa” in Staten Island, New York. Let’s just say it was arguably the most real and hilarious moment in the history of the series. Who can forget the rhymer from New Jersey showing off his shoebox?
