Report – Rich The Kid Arrested For Possession Of Guns At Airport


Rich the kid was arrested at LAX airport.

According to a report by TMZ On Monday March 15, Rich, born Dimitri Roger, was taken into custody at Los Angeles International Airport after being caught with a gun in his carry-on baggage while passing through security. The incident took place around 1 p.m. PT / 4 p.m. ET.

At the time of reporting, it is not known if Rich The Kid has been officially booked and treated.

This is not the first incident Rich has had at an airport in recent months. Last December, the Lucky 7 the rapper was removed from a flight for smelling marijuana and looking intoxicated. Much of the scene was captured on video.

During the intense conversation between Rich The Kid and airport staff, the 28-year-old rhymer, who decided to jump on Instagram Live amid the argument, is seen being driven back to the airport with the rest of his team.

He also accused an employee of discrimination after telling Rich to get out. “You’re live now. Since you want to racially discriminate against me,” Rich said. He added, “She’s trying to tell me I smell like marijuana. I don’t even smoke marijuana, woman. I do not smoke.

Rich the kid kept trying to use his fame to break free from the hook. He continued, “The world will know. Your son, if you have kids, he probably knows me. Since you want to play, you don’t know who I am?”

The Atlanta-based artist, who feared he might miss his flight, was told by authorities the plane was not leaving.

Shortly after, a woman who appeared to lead the group of employees who removed Rich and his crew from the robbery alleged the rapper may have been intoxicated and claimed to have seen him trip over. . It is not known if Rich has already taken the flight.

XXL contacted a representative for Rich the kid and LAX airport police for a comment on this.
